November 17th 2005 Scott flicked the switch on the £300,000 of spectacular illuminations in Plymouth City Centre, many designed by the company responsible for lighting up London’s Oxford Street and the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
Scott was accompanied by a choir of children from Montpelier Junior School singing songs from the file, "The Snowman"..
